Nerds

Mens Sidewinder Trunks

Life’s pretty simple when you’re a swimsuit, especially when you’re me. I’ve wound up my sides to give you 14cm of real estate on your hips and a single front panel that is fully lined.

  • I’ve got a drawcord to keep me locked in position and a wide elastic leg opening and waistband for added comfort around your hips and legs.
  • Compared to my other trunk friends, I’m a skinny runt but still very comfortable to have around and I’ll go the distance to be with you as long as you keep swimming.
  • Made from our exclusive C-Infinity fabric, a 100% Italian polyester that is a colourful breakthrough in chlorine resistant fabric technology! The superior choice for swimmers, C-Infinity has exceptional strength and can retain its durability far beyond other elastane swimwear fabrics.
  • Ideal for frequent pool use for recreational and performance-based swimming.

A lot of swim coaches say there is a science to swimming fast and we didn’t believe them until we saw the workings of a mathematical genius. We have studied the calculations extensively, and reproduced them onto our swimwear so you can see them as well, but essentially what has been proven, and we will speak in basic terms so you can understand, is that when you attempt to swim in jelly you will move slower than when you swim in water. This is partly because jelly is thicker than water but also because there is a statistically significant increase in the probability that you will stop to eat some jelly. Hence, the maths proves that swimming in water is fast and there is a strong
correlation between eating jelly and swimming slowly. Our professor is now determining whether diving into jelly with your mouth open leads to greater consumption of jelly. We will publish those results on our next Nerds print.
