We’ve taken inspiration from the incredible survival story of a little fish named Aussie who’s attempt to swim the English Channel came unstuck approaching the shores of Calais when a cold current swept Aussie down the west coast of Africa. With a never-say-die attitude, Aussie swam the long journey home and was picked up by a fishing trawler near the English coast line. Ideas for a documentary were shelved when it was discovered Aussie was now at peace in a cat food tin.
