At Aqua Swim Supplies, we are committed to ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices across all areas of our operations. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for working conditions, environmental responsibility, and ethical conduct.

1. Fair, Safe and Healthy Working Conditions

We are a small team of four, and we uphold high standards for our own working environment and expect the same from our partners.

  • We are a Living Wage Employer, and ensure our workplace is safe, inclusive, and respectful.

  • We comply with all UK labour laws regarding working hours, holidays, and health and safety.

  • As we source products from trusted, global brands (e.g. Speedo, Arena, Way Funky), we select partners with transparent and credible ethical standards, including robust policies on:

    • Prohibition of child labour and forced labour

    • Safe and fair working conditions

    • Fair wages and legal compliance

Where applicable, we refer to our suppliers’ published sustainability and compliance credentials during product selection.

2. Environmental Management

While we are not a manufacturer, we take steps to reduce our environmental footprint in how we operate.

  • We reuse packaging where possible and are working toward increasing our recycling rate.

  • We are committed to reducing waste, particularly in order processing and fulfilment.

  • Although our direct environmental impact is minimal, we prefer to partner with brands that demonstrate strong environmental commitments, including circular design, sustainable production, and packaging innovation.

We recognise that environmental improvement is ongoing and commit to reviewing our own processes regularly.

3. Prevention of Corruption

We are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

  • We operate with a clear anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy, which prohibits improper payments, gifts, or inducements in any form.

  • We avoid conflicts of interest and act with integrity in all dealings with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Any suspicion or evidence of unethical behaviour in our supply chain is taken seriously and would lead to review and, if necessary, termination of the partnership.

This Code applies to all team members, contractors, and partners representing Aqua Swim Supplies. We are committed to continuous improvement and transparency as we grow.
