Hi I’m Jamie - international swimmer and coach. As someone currently competing at the highest level, I know firsthand that performance is about more than just training sets in the pool. It’s about the choices, habits, and the mindset that shape every swim.
Now, I’m sharing those experiences to help swimmers of all levels unlock their potential, gain confidence, and achieve their goals - whether that’s a personal best, a podium finish, or simply becoming the best version of themselves in the water.
