Swimming is an expensive sport to love. Aqua Rewards is how some of it comes back — points on everything you buy, and more the longer you swim with us.

Everyone with an account is already a member. There is nothing to sign up for, and if you have shopped with us before, there are already points waiting.

If your goggles fail

County members and above are covered for six months from delivery. Email support@aquaswimsupplies.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will post a replacement — there is no assessment, and nothing to send back to us.

If the price drops

Regional members and above have 14 days. If something you have bought goes down in price — including in a sale — email us your order number and we will credit the difference to your account in Aqua Points.

Do I need to sign up?
No. Everyone with an Aqua Swim Supplies account is a member, and points are added automatically.
When do my points appear?
Once your order has been placed.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without any activity on your account.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
No - it is one or the other on any given order. Use whichever saves you more.
How is my tier worked out?
By what you have spent with us over the last twelve months. It updates automatically.
What happens if I return something?
The points earned on that item come off your balance, and the amount no longer counts towards your tier.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points stay with the account that earned them.
How do referrals work?
Share your link. Your friend gets £5 off their first order over £30, and you get 1,250 points — worth £5 — once their order goes through. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
