In light of the current situation our courier is making some changes to the way you receive parcels, offering 'contact-free delivery' right to your doorstep.
They have issued the following statement:
- - Please specify a safe place for delivery then our courier will leave it there. If you visit the tracking section and choose ‘divert’ you can select a safe place.
- - If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then couriers will leave it there. A photo will be taken and this will be included in the delivery notification email.
- - If there is no safe place available, please be assured that our courier will attempt delivery 3 times.
