Surviving the hot, steamy oppressive conditions of the steam room, remaining calm under fire when the coals needed replacing in the sauna, and never complaining when being whipped with birch branches. Decorated for valour under exfoliation, we saluted these brave soldiers who have sweated buckets for their country and never asked for anything in return, except a soothing mud bath.
