I got this (for Christmas :) ) as a replacement for my Dryrobe that went walkabout. It's an interesting comparison to the Dryrobe - the Zone3 robe is lighter and packs down smaller, which helps with carrying it around. It is fantastically warm and the fleece liner is fabulously fuzzy and soft.
But - the weight of the Dryrobe keeps it from blowing around in the wind while getting changed, and is actually really comforting when you get out of the water and you are frozen. The fine-grained fleece (no idea what the technical term would be) of the Zone3 robe is soft, but sticks more to your wet/salty hands and arms when you are trying to put it on, and it isn't as attached to the sleeve outer, so you end up with a lot of fleece beyond the cuff by the time you get your hand through; the coarser fleece of the Dryrobe doesn't have that problem, and it also takes the water away from your skin better. The only zip pocket in the Zone3 is an inner pocket, so you have to stash your car key in a place that is really faffy to get into with cold hands.
So.... as good as this is, given infinite cash and gear storage space, I'd get another Dryrobe.
